Shipping Policy
All orders purchased are shipped from Malaysia. We ship via EasyParcel and other available postal services that dispatch deliveries within Malaysia.
Shipping Timeline
After an order is verified, coffee will be shipped in 1-2 working days from Malaysia (excluding weekends and public holidays).
There are some cases where orders may be delayed due to external factors that are out of our control. We are not responsible for any delays by the postal service, courier, or customs agencies.
Customs & Duties
Any customs or import duties charged once a delivery reaches its destination country is the responsibility of the customer. We have no control over these charges and are unable to inform you in advance of the cost, as customs policies vary widely around the world. Please contact your local customs office for more information.
Tracking
When an order is processed and ready to be dispatched, the customer will receive an email with delivery information, including the courier name and tracking code.
Cancellations
If you cancel your order(s) before it ships from our warehouse, you will not be charged any additional fees. We require a cancellation request to be submitted by emailing us at ninelivescoffeeroasters@gmail.com.
Once the cancellation request is received, a full refund will be initiated. We advise submitting a cancellation request within 12 hours of your order to ensure it is processed prior to shipment.
