Refund policy
Return Policy
To be eligible for a return request after shipment or receipt of goods, the following policies apply:

Eligibility: All goods sold are non-refundable except for (i) Failed Delivery, (ii) Wrong Delivery, and (iii) Damaged goods during delivery.

Direct Purchase: Only items purchased directly from the ninelivescoffee.co online store are eligible. Items bought through other retailers must follow that retailer’s specific policy.

Valid Return Reasons:

Incorrect: The item is not what you ordered (wrong size, color, or missing items).

Damaged: The item is found to be damaged upon receipt or has been tampered with. Customers are responsible for all shipping charges to return goods.

Retail (Non-Perishable) Items
Returned retail items must meet these requirements:

The item must be shipped back to us within 7 working days upon receipt.

You must provide proof of purchase (order invoice number and receipt).

Items must be in new condition, in original packaging, including any free gifts. Packaging must be unused and not defaced.

Items must be returned in the original box (or suitable protective packaging).
Note: Change of mind or cancellations after payment confirmation are not permitted. We reserve the right to reject any refund or cancellation deemed unreasonable.
Refund Policy
A full refund will be issued once we have received and examined the returned goods at our return center.

Online Bank Transfer: Refunds will be credited to your account within 3-5 working days.

Credit Card: Refunds will be sent to the card-issuing bank.
Delivery & Address Policy
Shipping Address
We only ship to the addresses provided during checkout. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please ensure your address and phone number are correct. We are not liable for incorrect addresses; any re-delivery attempts will incur additional shipping charges.
Change in Shipping Address
If you need to change your address, please email ninelivescoffeeroasters@gmail.com within 12 hours of order submission. Changes requested after 24 hours will result in the customer being responsible for any associated shipping costs.
Shipping Time
Standard delivery typically takes 2-5 working days (Monday to Friday). Deliveries are made during office hours (9:00 am to 5:00 pm).
